Four girls struggle with the harsh reality of growing up and embark on a mysterious adventure. Summering is part mystery. There was absolutely nothing about this scene.

At worst, “Summer” thinks we should invest in these girls and their puberty issues as they leave homeless bodies rotting in the soil because they don’t want their mothers. They put therapy? Because they want to go to investigate together during the last three days of summer? The trip to see the corpses in “Stand By Me” was elevated because they had heard they were children just like them. All have gone through hardships. They seek their own death in the body.
