เรื่องย่อ : หลังจาก “แอล” ปิดคดีคิระไปแล้ว แต่แอลยังมีคดีร้ายแรงหลงเหลือให้ต้องสะสาง ในเวลาที่เหลืออีกเพียง 23 วัน และเป็นครั้งแรกที่แอลต้องสะสางคดีเพียงลำพังโดยปราศจากคู่หูรู้ใจอย่าง “วาตาริ” เมื่อเด็กหญิง “มากิ”(มายูโกะ ฟูคูดะ) ผู้ถือครองกุญแจสำคัญในการไขคดีปรากฎตัวขึ้น แอลต้องตกที่นั่งลำบากในการคอยคุ้มกันเด็ก ๆ ให้ปลอดภัย จากเดิมที่แอลเคยใช้เพียงสมองไขคดีต่าง ๆ ผ่านจอมอนิเตอร์ กลับต้องออกมาจัดการด้วยตัวเองแบบตัวต่อตัวเป็นครั้งแรกและครั้งสุดท้าย… ผู้ครอบครองอาวุธร้ายจากฝีมือมนุษย์ “มัจจุราช” ได้กล่าวประโยคเดียวกับคิระว่า… “ฉันจะเปลี่ยนโลกใบนี้”!!! จะเกิดอะไรขึ้นกับแอล? สิ่งใดในโลกจะเปลี่ยนไป? 23 วันสุดท้าย…อันแสนสับสนวุ่นวาย ซึ่งแม้แต่แอลเองก็ไม่อาจสามารถกำหนดได้! อะไรกำลังรอเขาอยู่…การนับถอยหลังอันแสนจะตื่นเต้นเร้าใจกำลังจะเริ่มต้นขึ้น ณ บัดนี้!!!

Synopsis : After “L” has closed the Kira case. But L still has a serious case left to settle. In only 23 days left, and for the first time, L has to settle the case alone without a partner like Watari. “Maki” (Mayuko Fukuda), who holds the key to solving the case, appears. L had a hard time escorting the children to safety, from the past, L had only used his brain to solve cases through a monitor. Instead, he had to come out and deal with himself one-on-one for the first and last time… The person who possesses a deadly weapon from human skills, “Death”, said the same sentence as Kira that… “I will change the world”!!! What will happen to L? What in the world will change? The last 23 days… in chaos. which even L himself cannot determine! What awaits him… An exciting countdown is about to begin now!!!
